Since the acquisition in 2002 of Spark Ibérica and ITC2, VINCI Energies has acquired several companies in Spain with their corresponding engineering departments. INOVE INGENIERÍA was created in 2021 with the aim of bringing together all the engineering know-how of VINCI Energies in Spain. In this way, INOVE provides comprehensive engineering services to the 3 VINCI Energies brands in Spain: Omexom, Actemium and Axians, and to external clients.

INOVE has more than 30 years of experience in basic and detailed engineering, project management and commissioning tests related to high, medium and low voltage electrical installations. This extensive experience, together with the incorporation of professionals with notable careers in the renewable energy, electrical storage and hydrogen sectors, makes it possible to position INOVE as a provider of engineering solutions capable ofproviding extra value to its customers, to provide extra value to its clients, adapting to the needs of technological diversification and hybridisation demanded by the market.

A clear example of this ability to integrate different technologies is the massive green hydrogen generation projects using photovoltaic energy where INOVE develops the overall design aimed at minimising LCOH.
