USERS

Access and/or use of the Website attributes the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein. The aforementioned Conditions shall be applicable regardless of the General Contracting Conditions which, where applicable, are mandatory.

USE OF THE PORTAL

The Website provides access to a multitude of information, services, programmes or data on the Internet to which the USER may have free and unrestricted access. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Website. This responsibility extends to any registration that may be necessary to access certain services or content.

In said registration, the USER shall be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information at all times, and shall be responsible for updating the information provided so that it reflects their real situation. VINCI Energies España reserves the right to remove all comments and contributions that violate the respect for the dignity of the person, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that violate youth or childhood, public order or safety or that, in its opinion, are not appropriate for publication. In any case, it will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forms, forums, chats or other participation tools.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

To access some of our services it may be necessary for the USER to provide us with personal information. VINCI Energies España processes this data in compliance with Organic Law 3/2018, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (RGPD), and in accordance with the conditions published in its Privacy Policy, subject to the provisions of the specific conditions of the different services that may be offered.

PROCEDURE IN THE EVENT THAT ACTIVITIES OF A LAWFUL NATURE ARE CARRIED OUT

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
